How are instruments and treatment rooms kept clean?
Reusable instruments are sterilised after every use, single-use items are used where appropriate, and each treatment room is thoroughly cleaned between patients. Our team also wears gloves, masks and protective eyewear during treatment.
Will Dr Jason Li explain my treatment before starting?
Yes. Dr Jason Li will talk you through your options, what’s involved, the expected costs and any alternatives before treatment begins. You’re always welcome to ask questions and take time to decide.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. Your dental records and personal details are kept confidential and stored securely at all times.
