What Is a Dental Bridge?

A bridge uses crowns as anchors to hold one or more replacement teeth in between. Dr Li gently reshapes the teeth on either side of the gap and fits crowns over them, while the replacement teeth fill the space where teeth are missing.

A bridge can replace missing teeth without surgery, help keep neighbouring teeth from shifting and restore chewing function.

Dr Li might recommend a bridge if you’re not a candidate for dental implants, don’t want to undergo surgery, or prefer a faster option than implants.
